Two blinks may just be better than one. For this growing life sciences company moving quickly is important, but doing so with all the facts is imperative.

Scenario

A emerging life sciences company knew it was time for changes related to sales and operations, but didn’t want to rely on high level details and assumptions. They hired Blink to create a detailed business case complete with cost and organizational assumptions to determine the best path forward.
